My Betta Fish!

My Betta Fish is BlueGill he is from Thai land Bettas are found in rice patties. BlueGill is always curious. The Beta Fish diet in the wild is little bugs like mosquitoes.  I feed him a food called Betta Buffet flakes and Betta Bites.  Bettas like tropical fish so they like temperatures around 80 degrees.  If you want a snail for your Betta Fish then get one!. Do not get a ghost shrimp they will nibble on a Betta’s fins!. BlueGills picture is below.

Hog Nose Snake!

A Hog Nose Snake is nonvenomous. When confronted, it acts like a cobra and hisses.  Sometimes it will strike with a closed mouth.  If that doesn’t work, it will play dead.  The Hog Nose Snake eats mostly toads but will also eat mice and lizards.

Here is a video my dad and I found on Youtube.  It shows how docile the Hog Nose Snake is.  You will notice that even when provoked, the snake will not attack.  Even at the end, he still won’t bite the man’s finger!

Texas Spiny Lizard!

I was at my friend’s house when I caught a Texas Spiny Lizard.  It  turns out I love Texas Spiny Lizards! It was so docile I thought it was going to go to sleep. The Spiny Lizard is a reptile and they are insectivores (they eat insects) like mosquitoes.
